Apple Cake

I found this cake recipe that's super easy and WAY good, it definately made my list of favorites.

*Apple Cake w/ Caramel Sauce*

Mix:

2 cups sugar

1 1/4 cup oil

1 tsp baking soda

1 tsp cinnamon

3 eggs

2 cups flour

1 1/2 tsp salt

3 T milk

1 tsp vanilla

Combine above ingredients and mix in 4 grated apples.

Pour in a bundt cake pan.

Bake @ 350 for 1 hour

*Caramel Sauce*

In saucepan melt 1 cube butter

Add 1 cup brown sugar

1 cup white sugar

1 cup evaporated milk

Bring to boil and add 1 tsp. vanilla
